Forklift battery charging precautions

Forklift battery charging is a common problem. Many users always complain about the short service life of the battery, and the obvious reduction of power and service time over time. Why? We still have to start with our daily charging.
After we buy the battery, because we don't use the electricity for a long time, we will be dissatisfied. If we don't use it for a long time, the activity of the internal positive and negative ions is at a standstill stage. At this time, we usually choose to fully charge and then use it. In fact, this method is very harmful to the battery. The long-term inactive positive and negative levels will be impacted by strong current, resulting in necrotic ions and deposition in the battery, Occupy a certain capacity of the battery, thereby reducing the normal capacity of the battery. The correct way is to charge first and then discharge. First charge to about 80% of the power, and then start the power on and discharge.
Then we also have a bad habit that we often recharge the battery after it is used up. Remember that this situation is very dangerous. Long-term operation will lead to the breakdown of some electrodes of the battery due to the absence of active free electrode ions, resulting in partial damage. Once it happens, it will be unable to charge later, The correct way is to charge the battery every time we use no less than 30%.
Batteries that have not been used for a long time should be stored in a dry and cool place. Don't rush to use them immediately when you want to use them. Charge them for a while before using them. Let the positive and negative free electrons in them move, which can make your battery more durable.
